The sprocket hardening and tempering device uses a 100KW 200kHz oscillator with an oscillation tube method for hardening and a 7kW 35kHz IH power supply for tempering. When 720 sprockets are set in the loading section, they are automatically conveyed, hardened, tempered, checked for cracking, and sent to the unloading section.
